SEVERITY symptoms

Severity of symptoms is defined as - weak, average, strong or very strong.
 
Grade 1 (mild) - the lowest degree is awarded mild symptoms and / or absent at the time of the assessment.
 
2 level (average) - assigned symptoms sluggish, periodically recurrent in moderate severity.
 
Grade 3 (severe) - is assigned to the leading (which is the reason for the appeal), severe symptoms.
 
Grade 4 (Very Strong) - assigned unusual, striking, bright, very special, very severe symptoms.
